Educated at Wesley Girls' High School and Achimota School, Mrs. Justice Gertrude Torkornoo qualified as a lawyer from the University of Ghana and Ghana School of Law. Her professional career and post graduate specializations have focused on Business Law and Construction Law. After active legal practice in Fugar & Co and Sozo Law Consult, which she co-founded in 1997, she was appointed to the High Court in 2004. She is married to Francis, a pharmacist and has four lovely daughters.
Between an active family and professional life, Gertrude has kept busy in ministry – as a Bible Teacher in church and executive board member of Aglow International, Sakumono. She has served on the executive council of Theovision International since it started ministry work recording Bibles in African languages, and as a faculty member at the Haggai Institute of Leadership in Maui and Singapore. She is also the author of Business in Ghana – A handbook on Law and Regulation, and Legislative Watch. She loves to teach, travel, read and write and has travelled extensively through Africa, Europe, North America, as well as a few destinations in Asia. These poems have flowed out of the weaving of experiences gathered from life as an African and Christian woman, mother, wife, lawyer and jurist.

Without a doubt, this is a very good platform to find any kind of book the reader desires, as well as a great place for young readers to learn. I’m already enjoying it immensely and hope you will too.
